Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure and check the line wise planning.
To collect the information from the store regarding the in-house of the fabric and accessories.
To collect the sample and marker from the CAD department and cutting the size set.
To provide the size set to the sample department.
To collect the order sheet/TRIM card from the coordinator.
To provide or send the size set or sample to the wash department.
To collect the washed sample from the QC.
To collect the measurement from the QC and sending it to the Cad department to ensure the pattern.
To ensure the test cutting after getting the PP.
To input the cutting goods to the line as per the planning.
To report regarding shade band/ pilot run (for GAP) and shade band initial (for H&M) and then ensure the bulk cutting.
To ensure the table planning as per the order sheet.
To maintain the balance or ratio of the cutting.
To ensure, maintain and follow up the total cutting layout plan.
To ensure the measurement of the cutting as per the marker.
To ensure and maintain the daily housekeeping of the cutting section.
To coordinate with the admin department to check the attendance.
To ensure the compliance related issues.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/management.
