Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure and check the line wise planning.
∎ To collect the information from the store regarding the in-house of the fabric and accessories.
∎ To collect the sample and marker from the CAD department and cutting the size set.
∎ To provide the size set to the sample department.
∎ To collect the order sheet/TRIM card from the coordinator.
∎ To provide or send the size set or sample to the wash department.
∎ To collect the washed sample from the QC.
∎ To collect the measurement from the QC and sending it to the Cad department to ensure the pattern.
∎ To ensure the test cutting after getting the PP.
∎ To input the cutting goods to the line as per the planning.
∎ To report regarding shade band/ pilot run (for GAP) and shade band initial (for H&M) and then ensure the bulk cutting.
∎ To ensure the table planning as per the order sheet.
∎ To maintain the balance or ratio of the cutting.
∎ To ensure, maintain and follow up the total cutting layout plan.
∎ To ensure the measurement of the cutting as per the marker.
∎ To ensure and maintain the daily housekeeping of the cutting section.
∎ To coordinate with the admin department to check the attendance.
∎ To ensure the compliance related issues.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/management.
∎ To ensure and check the line wise planning.
