Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.SC in Textile or Similar Bachelor Degree is preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supply the production floor with good quality cut panels in required amounts to assure the production of quality products.
∎ To execute and supervise the safety policy on the production floor.
∎ Ensure a sense of Quality consciousness among Subordinate.
∎ Supervise and maintain the functions; Spreading, marker checking, numbering, fusing, arranging embroidery etc. properly.
∎ Keep the work force motivated and well informed for better job done from them.
∎ Ensure the maximum utilization of fabric and other materials
∎ Supply any information needed by the head for preparing any report and assist him in doing so.
∎ Ensure all the fabrics and necessary details received to start the new style well in advance to achieve the PCD.
∎ Ensure to run the department according to the cut plan.
∎ Ensure Correct style, correct color & correct shading.
∎ Group correct amount of fabric receiving from the stores without effecting to the work.
∎ Minimize the waste of fabric, avoid Cutting defects & get the maximum output by using minimum labour.
∎ Maintain at least three days WIP in the line.
∎ Maintain all the records properly.
∎ Maintain the cutting ratios according to the buyers Requirements.
∎ Maintain the absenteeism and LTO below 5%.
∎ Ensure the Pilot Cut according to the BOM & Cutting Tickets.
∎ Develop & improve cutting Techniques continuously.
∎ The agreed cut components are sent and received from the printing and embroidery plant as per the production plan.
∎ Job Location: DEPZ, Savar
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English both spoken and writing.
∎ Sound knowledge on overall woven/knit operation.
∎ Computer literacy : MS Excel & Power point.
∎ Passionate and must have positive attitude.
∎ Team Player.
