Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues with Customs Bond.
∎ Follow up all import L/C and UP, UD formalities with BGMEA
∎ To maintain in-bond and ex-bond register with custom.
∎ Look after the job of General Bond.
∎ Prepare and ensure required documentations for Bond License/Audit for renewal
∎ Prepare custom book entry as per UD consumption
∎ Follow up Annual Import Permission with customs bond.
∎ Include all Machinery and new raw material whenever imported.
∎ Follow up and Prepare PRC of Bank for customs bond audit.
∎ Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g. ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, VAT, EPB and Fire License). and all other related licenses from licensing authority.
∎ Perform related work of Board of Investment, Chief controller of Import & Export (CCI&E)
∎ Prepare yearly import/export customs statement for bond audit.
∎ To maintain a strong liaison with the Customs office and other government bodies related to customs & bond

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10-12 (s) years practical experience in commercial department related with custom bond licensing issues
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial, Custom Bond
∎ Should be adept in handling Bond licensing issue, Custom Auditing, UD, UP, IP, EP, Entitlement, license renewal etc of a large group/Knit Composite Garments & / Textile/ Sweater Company/Spinning industry. The incumbent will have to work independently and ensure smooth implementation of all the custom related jobs independently.
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, MS Excel, Windows OS. PDF, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Self - motivated, confident, proactive and target oriented.
∎ Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter , Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, Certificate of Origin and undertaking, Bond License, Vessel Schedule, Invoice, Packing list, UP, UD, GSP, EXP, BGMEA, NBR & other delegates etc.
∎ Must be updated on the latest Customs and International Trade Laws is essential to be proficient in this position.
∎ Knowledge about handle of Port and Customs Operation effectively.
∎ Should have good analytical ability and high level professional integrity.
