Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Graduate in any discipline with related industry experience.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Drafting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with clients regarding their changes in apartment/flat.
∎ To prepare soft / CAD drawings in case of any changes in the flat by the client requirement.
∎ To deal with project engineers of the concerned projects in regards of clients demand of modification, alteration when as required.
∎ To collect demand cheque from the clients for modification or alteration.
∎ To discuss with purchase department and MIS department to assure the quality finishing materials as when as required.
∎ To prepare the total utility costing for the concerned project.
∎ To hand over the utility and other necessary service papers to respective clients after finishing the project.
∎ To collect the valued opinion of the clients regarding the official working processes of the organization for the benefit of the company.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
