Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Civil Engineering from Public university.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, MS Office, Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor construction works to assure that plans, specifications, building codes and regulations are being observed and followed.
∎ To be responsible for total projects planning and initiate the projects to reduce cost, schedule, performance and the components of projects.
∎ To coordinate with engineering consultants for efficient and smooth functioning of projects.
∎ To compare the actual work done against planning and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s) time to time.
∎ To Visit under construction projects on regular basis.
∎ To identify problem area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
∎ To be responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ To train up and supervise technical and non-technical staff of Engineering & Security team.
∎ To review and checking payments of bills submitted by contractors, testing laboratories, consulting engineers.
∎ To collect necessary information from project and prepare the required weekly and monthly progress reports.
∎ To provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
