• Candidates should be Post Graduate preferably in Business Administration/ Business Studies/ Economics and any other business related discipline with high academic achievement.

• Candidates must have experiences of 7 - 10 years in the areas of Credit Appraisal/ CRM preferably in SME Financing/Affordable Home Loan (AHL) with any Bank/Financial Institution.

• Must have working knowledge in credit documentation & proposal, implementation of CRM guidelines, CRG techniques, project evaluation, accounting & financial reports etc.

• Well conversant with Bank/FI Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Bank Guidelines and other related Financial Acts/laws.

• Good command over written English.

• Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Candidate’s major responsibilities will be dealing with the functions of credit appraisal & risk management by maintaining strict credit standard as per Company’s policy, financial statements/ reports analysis, review of AHL credit proposal, feasibility studies of SME business and coordination with credit verification team for ensuring standard of verification and quality of credit.
