Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Hospital, Hotels, Pharmaceuticals or other Corporate office of Cosmetics & Toiletries Products (Mainly Hand wash, Sanitizer, Detergent, Liquid Floor cleaner, Liquid Dishwasher etc).
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ Plan, arrange and execute promotional activities of all products and services.
∎ Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities to ensure to achieve the sales target.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
∎ Visit Corporate Houses to ensure that Sales Forces are getting proper coaching, guidelines, motivation and support.
∎ To organize the distributor for place the product smoothly.
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
