Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have an expert knowledge on all technical and social compliance, labor laws, ethical code and conducts pertaining to protocols in Ready Made Garments industry.
∎ The ability to work in an environment where there is an opportunity of being useful by means of self-assessment and self improvement in both individual and group based work that will ultimately lead the future development of the organization.
∎ To coordinate with manager/asst. manager/officer (labour relation) from time to time in respect of disciplinary/ IR issues and refer the issues to him.
∎ To ensure that no forced employment occurred in the factories.
∎ To ensure that employment of no child/young looking workers are made.
∎ -Must maintain all official documents.
∎ Responsible for performing internal audit and follow-up audit on Ethical Standard, C-TPAT, Technical/Quality, Safety issues (building, electrical & fire safety) and Environmental issues in Factory. Must have ability to find out the nonconformities and to take proper measures to address the non compliance issues and present a solution to make it sustainable.
∎ To ensure to develop and maintain formulation of Rules, Regulations, Policies, Procedures regarding the Company's Admin, Compliance and other related issues. Must have the ability to take proper initiative to implement the policies, procedures, rules and regulations in respect of local labor laws and Buyers code of conduct.
∎ Must have knowledge of updated Compliance Matrix and follow checklist for RMG industry guidelines.
∎ To check to ensure full employment procedures and practices are being maintained properly as per policy.
∎ To ensure records, reports, formats, statements, ranks & files pertaining to staff -- including promotion, increment, transfer, separation etc. are properly prepared & maintained.
∎ To ensure Selection & Recruitment processes are being followed as per Industry protocols and guidelines.
∎ Job Satisfaction Survey. Responsible for formulating & developing the company's own Ethical Standard/Code of Conduct, Social Compliance Standards
∎ Revising Guidelines on employee benefits.
∎ Prepared & Formulated HR related various Programs, Schedule, Rules.
∎ Provide necessary support to management in performing activities in the era of labor.
∎ To have full knowledge for Factory Compliance, FCCA (Factory Capacity & Capability Assessment)--Technical/ Quality Audit, Social and Security Audit
∎ participate in factory establishment & asset management.
∎ To participate in factory's construction, expansions, resource mobilization, renovation program
∎ To ensure Conducting of internal periodical audit in factories; and ensuring issues are resolved. To take instant corrective action in auditors certain minor findings/ discrepancies during audit. To ensure that all corrective action has been taken with regular follow up: as per CAP submitted.
∎ To check all data, records, reports, formats, statements, rack, files, books & register of all departments are properly prepared, issued, up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards:-
∎ To have full idea of Compliance, as per different buyers requirements and standards. Must have the ability to send different buyers Audit CAP and ensure issues closed.
∎ Supervising all work of personnel and ensuring all documents are updated , pertaining to staff policy. To ensure all required licenses and contacts are updated
∎ To have an understanding of Labor Law and monitor any changes and updates. Handling of disciplinary cases by taking proper measures considering labor laws and other requirements.
∎ To maintain regular close communication with the concerned buyers and their nominated audit team as per schedule, making necessary correspondence with the team and responding to their all queries/ information
∎ To ensure Social/ Ethical Standards are being maintained and followed in accordance with Industry guidelines and standards.
∎ To ensure that all welfare issues are being properly handled and in accordance to Industry guidelines and standards. Responsible to lead the Welfare team, and ensure complaints and issues are handled and brought to Management's attention as needed. Applying the proper grievance redress procedures, smooth removal of industrial disputes through open dialogue between the concern parties.
∎ To attend , monitor and participate in a workers welfare committee meeting as required.
∎ To ensure Security/ C-TPAT reports are up to date & submitting reports to factory Management to address major issues immediately.
∎ To ensure Attendance / Leave / Maternity Leave / Overtime Reports are being maintained, as per Industry protocols.

∎ Age 32 to 35 years
