∎ Bachelor's degree in Management/ HRM or related field or similar professional qualification such as LLB
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to work collaboratively with cross function, Advanced Knowledge in Excel, Excellent leadership skills, Good Communication Skill (BanglaEnglish), Interpersonal Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
4 to 5 years in the relevant position, Compliance Department of Corporate Office, Factory HR Administration Compliance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, Supervise & Control overall Compliance activities.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR & Compliance.
∎ Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ Sedex/WRAP/Environment/Oeko-tex and other Certification Audits)
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment
∎ Dealings with buyer compliance & technical team in order to get satisfactory report and mitigate non-compliance issue raised by them.
∎ Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate with buyers' visit and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit.
∎ Improve the operational systems and policies, develop MIS/ reporting system.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence and settle the non-compliance issues as per compliance requirements.
∎ Prepare the Buyer/Certificate/Membership Audit CAP therefore update to buyer and complete the pending job within time line.
∎ Have thorough knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Conduct internal audit monthly and send to CAP to responsible person for the solution and follow it unit not complete the all issues as well take corrective and preventive action with root cause analysis.
∎ Conduct periodical check all sort of register whether these is okay, e.g. Grievance register, Leave register, Maternity Register, Injury/Accident register, PA register and so on.
∎ Ensure workers/employees are getting their compensation & benefits without inconsistency as per labour law. Ensure and check workers final settlement and maternity benefits.
∎ Have to implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture. Manage change, particularly to structure in a positive and supportive manner.
∎ Have to study labor market and wage trends relevant to the Government labor legislation.
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.

∎ Solid experience in Garments indusry will be added advantage.
