Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Maintaining and follow up with liaison concern department for Shipment on time along with respective persons. If any issue was raised related permission / certification / validation / negotiation in order to smooth work.
∎ 2. If necessary, need to be coordinating with CNF for smooth logistical arrangement for shipment / truck out and
∎ 3. Handover the goods to respective CFS/ Port as well as monitoring completion of customs formalities for avoiding any hassle against shipment.
∎ 4. If necessary, for rework purpose need any approval to the CNF at the time of shipping of goods follow up and given
∎ the decision for the issue.
∎ 5. Singing all docs against export related and follow up if any issue is there and solve as per requirement.
∎ 6. Guiding Team if need any drafting correction on documentation / permission according to the contract / LC / booking/ approval/ mail etc.
∎ 7. If required Coordinate CNF, Shipping agent and port / Customs for special permissions of the late cargo hand over in scheduled vessel.
∎ 8. Monitoring proper entry and customs approval for in bond/ Ex-bond / consumption / out pass of Customs requirement.
∎ 9. Checking C&F bills, other Expenses and Freight payment / Incidental Expenses in cost effective manner.
∎ 10. Maintaining good relationship with banks / Customs bonded and others Government office.
∎ 11. Supervising team members for proper filing and records keeping to liaison audit / delivery required report to concern dept. / bank and to obtain PRC.
∎ 12. Supervising team members for timely completion and execution of assigned jobs in discipline manner of the company.
∎ 13. Follow up export payment / deduction / discount / with buyer and report to concern department and ensure to fix it.
∎ 14. Follow-up export register with details export related information and preparing docs for Customs Yearly Audit.
∎ 15. Follow up Import LC status, LC application/ amendment requesting signature and follow up need any correction.
∎ 16. Follow up any payment issue in the bank and releasing of docs for urgent clearing as per requirement.
∎ 17. Follow up IP and clearing status as well and in bond in the Customs logbook for yearly Audit.
∎ 18. All import bills checking and follow up the formalities for payments.
∎ 19. Directly obtaining Customs approval for any permission, inclusion and bonded issue.
∎ 20. Follow up all kinds of Customs and BEPZA gate issue as well as permission of sub-contract or any others.
∎ 21. Yearly Customs Audit need to be completed as per Customs requirement.
∎ 22. Coordination of Sub Contract Agreement, Bond license & Permissions from BEPZA, Customs and other offices involved.
∎ 23. Coordination of Purchase / Loan / Repair Permission from BEPZA, customs and other offices Involved.
∎ 24. Coordinating and supervising any Logistical movement for Import / Bond Transfer / Sub Contract.
∎ 25. Supervising his Subordinates for their timely completion and execution of assigned jobs.
∎ 26. Checking bond register & coordinate with CNF & Customs for proper in bond / ex bond & Customs sign.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Knowledge of Government rules and regulations on import and export.
∎ • In-depth knowledge on customs' rules and procedures
∎ • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Logistics
∎ • Proficiency in MS word and familiar with office technology (SAP)
∎ • Communication skills both in Bangla and in English.
∎ • Leadership Skills.
∎ • Analytical ability & Strategic thinking.
∎ • Ability to take challenges.
