Job Context:
∎ Save the Children invites applications for the above mentioned position for a project on Strengthening Urban Public Health System in 12 City Corporations supported by US CDC. Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ Contract Length: Up to 29th September, 2022 (possibility of extension subject to fund availability)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience, preferably in urban public health programming, including 3 years in management position
∎ Proven experience of designing and facilitating learning initiatives.
∎ Demonstrated experience of representation and ability to represent SCI effectively in external fora.
∎ Sound experience of leading on the coordination and writing of donor report.
∎ Skills: Highly developed relationship building, influencing, negotiating and inter-personal.
∎ Ability to analyse strategic trends and develop appropriate plans and responses to manage risks.
∎ Proven capacity to supervise, train, mentor and coach staff members
∎ Good communication skill both in written and spoken English
