Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Early Childhood Development/Education/Social Science/ Development Studies and other relevant subjects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of working experience in national or international NGOs including 3 years of project management experience.
∎ Sound understanding on early childhood development, project management and monitoring.
∎ Proven track record of reporting, documentation and ECD and educational material development.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to manage and follow-up with vendors' for designing and printing materials along with coordination with other departments of the organization.
∎ Excellent in teamwork and networking
∎ Good monitoring and analytical skills
∎ Strong background on donor reporting and documentation
∎ Good computer operating skills, e.g. MS Office, using of internet etc.
