Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cargo inspection or sales operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in managing cargo inspection teams and understanding of operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cargo inspection standards, shipping regulations, and compliance requirements.


Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Strategy & Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, focusing on achieving targeted revenue. This includes goal-setting, market segmentation, and devising approaches to enter and capture key markets.

Customer Queries & Cargo Inspections:

  • Address customer inquiries related to cargo inspection services, which include:

  • Marine Services Inspections: Draft survey Hold inspection, Watertightness checks, Crane inspection, Ullage, Tank inspection Damage surveys.

  • Loading & Discharge Supervision: Loading supervision & Discharge supervision.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding potential clients’ needs. 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring continued business and satisfaction.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations & Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring competitive pricing and value.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and forecasts on sales performance and market trends to the Business Unit Head.

Collaboration with Technical & Operational Teams:

  • Coordinate closely with technical and operational teams to meet client requirements and ensure efficient service delivery.

Service Development & Improvement:

  • Gather client feedback to inform service improvements, ensuring offerings meet market demands and client expectations.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure all services comply with relevant industry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels of quality and safety.

Other Duties:

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
