Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Inquiry Generation: Proactively generate inquiries for Third-Party Inspection Services (Lifting Equipment Inspection, Mechanical QA/QC, NDT Inspection, Pressure Vessel & Boiler Inspection, Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), Environmental Testing, and Calibration Services) in accordance with the TUVAT BIC Company Handbook policies. Utilize various methods such as introductory letters, emails, phone calls, social media, personal contacts, yellow pages, chambers of commerce, and associations to approach and engage potential clients across relevant industries.

Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients, with a focus on inspection services.

Proposals and Contract Agreements: Dispatch only those proposals and contract agreements that are approved by the Line Manager, ensuring full compliance with company standards and protocols.

Client Lead Generation and Feedback: Generate new client leads specifically for inspection services. Provide prompt, effective feedback to client inquiries to enhance satisfaction and build trust.

Compliance with Policies and Procedures: Maintain strict adherence to all company policies and procedures, with special emphasis on compliance requirements and information security standards.

Annual Sales Plan: Support the Line Manager in designing and implementing the company’s annual sales plan, contributing to strategic initiatives and sales goals.

Sales Database Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive sales database, including client details, mailing lists, and contact information, to support efficient sales operations and client relationship management.

Inquiry Log Maintenance: Maintain a detailed log of all inspection-related inquiries to ensure transparency and effective tracking of sales activities.

Industry Contacts Development: Build and maintain strong contacts within industries that commonly require inspection services, such as construction, mega projects, power plants, oil & gas, and the RMG sector, to identify new business opportunities.

Preliminary Documentation: Prepare and submit all necessary preliminary documentation for inspection services, including inquiry forms, proposals, and contract agreements.

Client Communication: Proactively inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues during the inspection process, maintaining high standards of service and trust.

Training and Development: Engage in continuous learning related to inspection services, regulations, and market trends to enhance professional knowledge and service quality.

Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of the market and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the inspection services sector.

Coordination with International Offices: Collaborate closely with international offices and partners to align Pre-Shipment Inspection processes with global standards, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Expense Management: Monitor and document all expenses related to the planning and execution of inspection services to ensure effective budget management.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude in fulfilling job responsibilities.
