Responsibilities & Context:

Job Objectives:

To drive monthly training revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance TÜV Austria BIC Bangladesh’s Training Business Area by promoting technical and lead auditor courses, building strong industry relationships, securing accreditation, innovating training products, and ensuring operational excellence in training delivery.

Sales & Marketing of Training Services:

  • Proactively promote and sell TÜV Austria BIC’s Training Programs, including Technical Courses and IRCA/Exemplar Global–aligned ISO Lead Auditor Courses across industries such as construction, textile, RMG, power, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and oil & gas.

  • Devise and execute sales strategies specifically for training courses to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

  • Identify potential clients, understand their industry-specific training needs and offer tailored training solutions.

  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with Training Managers, HR Teams, L&D Heads and decision-makers.

  • Drive revenue through both existing courses and portfolio expansion, introducing advanced training offerings based on market trends.

Business Development:

  • Actively seek new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, institutional engagements, chambers and industry associations.

  • Support initiatives to secure and promote key training accreditation such as Exemplar Global, NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.

  • Innovate and upgrade training programs based on market demand, regulatory changes and client requirements.

Strategy & Expansion:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly training revenue targets.

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry developments and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

  • Work closely with internal teams (training delivery, marketing, course development) to ensure effective design, promotion and execution of training programs.

Operational Excellence in Training Delivery:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of training events, including venue booking, trainer coordination, participant communication, logistics, documentation, certificates and materials.

  • Monitor and evaluate trainer performance, participant feedback, and course quality, ensuring TÜV Austria’s training standards are maintained.

  • Implement continuous process and quality improvements in training operations based on feedback and performance results.

  • Ensure all training operations comply with regulatory requirements, accreditation norms and company policies.

Sales Operations & Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Generate inquiries using emails, social media, networking, cold calls, letters, chambers, associations and industry contacts.

  • Assist the Line Manager in preparing and implementing the annual sales plan for Training Services.

  • Maintain a complete and transparent inquiry log, including follow-ups and client feedback.

  • Help manage a comprehensive training sales database including client profiles, contacts, mailing lists and pipeline stages.

  • Prepare and submit training proposals, agreements, in-house training offers and course calendars.

  • Inform clients promptly of any changes, delays, or issues related to scheduled training programs.

  • Coordinate with international offices where needed for IRCA/Exemplar Global/other accredited training processes.

  • Maintain proper records of all training-related expenses.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Division – Business Assurance & Training to support departmental objectives, showing flexibility and adaptability in the role.

Preference shall be given to applicants with prior experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry, Training Industry, ISO Lead Auditor Qualification on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, audit experience and/or Training experience, recognizing the value of industry-specific knowledge and expertise.
