  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Cafeteria, Restaurant, or Bakery Management.

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

  • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, maintenance, and kitchen safety

  • Ability to manage a large team and control operations efficiently

  • Good knowledge of inventory and cost management

  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email communication)



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Cafeteria and Bakeries.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the cafeteria premises.
  • Maintain sanitation and safety in kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
  • Plan and manage procurement of raw materials, ingredients, and other supplies while minimizing costs.
  • Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks to staff (Chef, Helper, Cashier, Waiter, etc.).
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory, and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
  • Ensure all food preparation and handling follow safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain all kitchen and bakery equipment in proper working condition.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints effectively, and maintain professional behavior at all times.
  • Develop new menu items, implement promotional offers, and apply strategies to increase sales.
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate the team effectively, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Comply with food safety, fire safety, and food regulations.
