Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in Cafeteria, Restaurant, or Bakery Management.
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, maintenance, and kitchen safety
Ability to manage a large team and control operations efficiently
Good knowledge of inventory and cost management
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email communication)
Responsibilities & Context: - Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Cafeteria and Bakeries.
- Ensure food quality, taste, hygiene, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the cafeteria premises.
- Maintain sanitation and safety in kitchen, storage, and dining areas.
- Plan and manage procurement of raw materials, ingredients, and other supplies while minimizing costs.
- Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks to staff (Chef, Helper, Cashier, Waiter, etc.).
- Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory, and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Ensure all food preparation and handling follow safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain all kitchen and bakery equipment in proper working condition.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, handle feedback or complaints effectively, and maintain professional behavior at all times.
- Develop new menu items, implement promotional offers, and apply strategies to increase sales.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate the team effectively, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Comply with food safety, fire safety, and food regulations.
