Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all pattern and all finish pattern.
∎ Ensure costing yy and booking yy.
∎ Analyze, control & reduce cost in an effective & efficient manner.
∎ Establish & maintain operational guidelines, procedure & practice.
∎ Ensure bulk correction, bulk marker, bulk cut plan & measurement.
∎ Ensure necessary initiative to achieve daily & monthly planned target.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection, over production & extra hour work.
∎ Ensure release the bulk pattern on time.
∎ Coordinate with every department and review progress periodically.
∎ Oversee production processes, re-negotiate the time scales, maintain budget and optimize expenses.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Candidates should have knowledge in 3D CAD

Salary: Negotiable
