Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

• BBA/MBA in Marketing/Related field or DVM or Animal Husbandry from a reputed agriculture university.

• Understanding of poultry industry regulations and market dynamic.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits in different locations in BD, as well as trade shows and industry events.

• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required.

Business Promotion:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote poultry products (Feeds & DOC) and services.

• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that highlight our offerings.

  Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

• Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

• Network within industry circles to enhance the company’s reputation and uncover potential partnerships.

  Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the poultry sector.

• Analyze data to inform business strategies and decision-making processes.

• Prepare reports and presentations on market insights and recommendations for senior management.

  Recovery Assistance:

• Collaborate with the operations team to address and resolve customer complaints and product issues.

• Develop and implement recovery strategies to regain customer trust and loyalty after service disruptions.

• Monitor recovery efforts and assess their effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.

  Sales Strategy Development:

• Assist in the development of sales strategies and targets to meet business goals.

• Identify new sales channels and opportunities for growth within existing markets.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.

  Financial Analysis:

• Monitor and report on business development metrics, including sales performance and customer feedback.
