Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Propose for hiring and trains employees as needed in accordance with company policy.
∎ Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of service staff.
∎ Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
∎ Handles discipline and propose for termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and meet the production schedule instructed by the Plant head.
∎ Planning for the upcoming product and prepare sampling with the coordination of related department like Laboratory.
∎ Monitoring the operations of Ball Mill and Spray Dryer to avoid the problems affecting the quality of the product.
∎ Check the parameters and desired quantity of raw materials hourly to maintain quality.
∎ Develop strategy to avoid break downs.
∎ Check the log book status, monitoring process parameters properly.
∎ Communicate all other section head for managing and developing working process and achieve target production.
∎ Manage optimum manpower for uninterrupted production.
∎ Ensure safety of the people related to the section.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to prepare operating reports and records.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel.
