∎ Masters Degree in Business or development allied subjects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of working experience within Grants/ Awards Management, Program/ Project management of a national or international organization, including 3 years in managerial position.
∎ S/he should have experience of managing major donor compliances, ensuring reporting quality and IT system-based grants management.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain a good working relations with donors.
∎ Should have the ability to analyze complex financial data
∎ Excellent communication skill, ability to work under pressure
∎ Hands-on experience on MS Office package, particularly in Excel
∎ Ability to manage and contribute to a small, proactive team, motivating staff and working collaboratively with colleagues
