Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Transmission team management.
∎ Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Earth.
∎ Record keeping of all the optical fiber cores and update regularly.
∎ Maintain database and find suitable third-party (local vendor) all over Bangladesh as per requirement.
∎ Site survey, planning and designing for Fiber & WiFi networks, attend pre-sales Meetings and troubleshoot network as per requirement.
∎ Communication with NTTNs.
∎ Planning and Designing Nationwide ISP Core Network.
∎ Implementation of active and passive networks.
∎ Report Analysis, Team Monitoring, Backbone & new network expansion planning.
∎ Coordination with all zonal in-charges & transmission teams all over Bangladesh for efficient operations.
∎ Manage Optical Fiber network, Optical Splitters deployment planning & operations all over Bangladesh.
∎ Prepare link budget and keep track of all the OPEX and CAPEX budgets of the team, also find ways to reduce OPEX budget.
∎ Overall coordination with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
∎ Must have good knowledge about OLT & ONU installation & commissioning and be familiar with new generation GPON & EPON technology.
∎ Coordinates all special requirements & activities within the team and other departments to fulfill target deliveries.
∎ Quality Testing of optical fiber; Troubleshooting and finding fiber faults, causes, and rectifying them.

∎ Responsibilities:
