• Basic knowledge of IT courses: Networking, CCNA, MikroTik, Cyber Security, Web Development, etc.

• Collaboration with trainers and technical teams for program insights.

• Student and corporate client acquisition for IT training programs.

• Lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion strategy.

• Client relationship management and retention.

• Digital marketing (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns).

• Social media strategy and content planning.

• Event marketing – seminars, workshops, campus activations.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Student counseling on course selection and career guidance.

• Negotiation and persuasive communication.

• Understanding of IT education trends and competitor analysis.

• Data-driven decision-making and reporting.

• Target setting and performance tracking.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Networking Trainer (Cisco, Mikrotik, Juniper) who can deliver high-quality training sessions and guide students to become industry-ready network professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and Sales IT training programs (Networking, Server, Cybersecurity, Programming, Graphics Design) to prospective students and corporate clients

• Develop marketing plans and execute digital campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Email, etc.) to generate leads.

• Counsel walk-in and online inquiries regarding course details, fees, and career paths.

• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and IT professionals for promotional activities.

• Meet monthly enrollment and sales targets.

• Prepare marketing materials, participate in events, and track campaign performance
