Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree preferable in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
∎ Meeting planned sales goals.
∎ Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.
∎ Achieve sales target in order to increase sales.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Employ knowledge of company goals in carrying out marketing operations.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to management on the results and activities of sales teams.
∎ Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
∎ Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing in Particle Board Industry
∎ Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.
∎ Computer skills for entering details onto the system,
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure whilst prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
∎ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Experience managing and directing a sales team.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to lead a sales team.
∎ Prerequisite:
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
∎ Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
∎ Have a good eye for detail
∎ Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
∎ Good judgment and decision-making skills
∎ Good knowledge in computer skills for the day to day operation
