Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A) in Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the R&D team to manage R&D projects.
∎ Maintain research & development work of garments accessories.
∎ Prepare products catalogues according to buyer and Sales & Marketing team requirement.
∎ Conduct research on new accessories development considering market opportunity.
∎ Conduct research on existing products relating to buyer's requirement and upgraded technology.
∎ Understand local context & global markets to provide extensive analysis in order to generate revenue.
∎ Engage in R&D presentation and preparation.
∎ Collaborate with sales & marketing teams and factory production units to identify customer's needs.
∎ Plan, promote, and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Understand local and global context and ensure extensive branding of new and existing products.
∎ Work together with SDD team to ensure salesmen sample production is according to original design spec for style, measurement and fit for purpose.
∎ Maintain required research related database and prepare necessary reports.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned to him by the authority.
