• Candidates having experience in the Beverage Factory will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skill. 

• Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards. 

• Strong technical knowledge in quality system. 

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame. 

• Good in planning and analytical skills.

• Good inter-personal & communication skills both in English and Bengali. 

• Should have efficiency in computer & MS Office (English & Bangla Typing).

S. A Group of Industries is looking for experienced professional for the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department who will lead the team of dynamic workforce in the S A Beverage Ltd, Bhatiyari at Chattogram.

Job Location will be Chattogram

(the applicant should be able to commit to stay longer period of time in Chattogram)·        

• To implement, control and improve on Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs in order to ensure compliance and Good Laboratory Practice to meet the quality expectation by customers & regulatory bodies.

• To ensure quality objectives and product performance are met through constant monitoring and improvement of internal and external requirements.

• To be the Quality Management Representative in all aspects of quality audit, compliance as well as obtaining new accreditations.

• To oversee all laboratory activities such as application of test methods, implementation of inspection and test activities, accurate collection of test results and compilation of relevant reports.

• To monitoring quality of raw materials, finished goods, packing materials, water quality, pest management, Hygiene & sanitization etc.

• To continuously review and monitor the laboratory processes in order to increase the effectiveness of test methods, procedures and resource utilization.

• To manage laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance and record-keeping effectively.

• To lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.

•  Responsible for the overall production of high quality, safety and legal compliant products produced.

• Manage team and operations to ensure continuous improvement is in place to meet the outcome of desired product design and overall customer satisfaction.

• Plant Management team and direct observation of process controls.

• Plant cleaning & sanitation, allergen management, aseptic processing and filling, regulatory and customer requirements, product commercialization and customer complaints.

• The overall implementation and maintain of quality standards in the Plant.

•  Responsible for managing and analyzing the root cause analysis exercise pertaining to any complicated issues arising from daily operations.

• Responsible for proper execution of all quality and laboratory policies, procedures and methods.

• To planning duties within QA & QC stuff and related work schedule.

• To lead & motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively & productively.

• Provide relevant trainings on quality systems and programs to ensure compliance with all quality processes/ procedures.

• Report to the higher management / Plant head.

• Any others job assigned by management.
