∎ Having sound knowledge in Top & Bottom of Woven will be given preference.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check lay out plan in order to achieve maximum production.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To monitor and control all production process in sewing/cutting/finishing section.
∎ To monitor production target every day.
∎ To ensure the good quality of the products.
∎ To report Production Head about daily & total production status according to order and style.
∎ To initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials etc.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.
∎ Any Other responsibility assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 6 years of experience in the similar position will be preferred.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Should have knowledge in Social, Technical Audit.
∎ Knowledge in IE will be given preference.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
