∎ Skills Required: Buyer Handling, English (Language), Garment Marketing, Head of marketing, must have to strong communication skill
∎ Training/Trade Course: Any certificates, training on RMG, Language skills on German, French, English

Job Context:
∎ An export-oriented woven garments factory (having 28 lines woven capacity) located in Uttara EPZ, Saidpur, Nilphamari, Bangladesh is looking for a suitable candidate as a Manager/ Asst. Manager (Marketing & Merchandising) for American & European buyers.
∎ Must be proficient in communicating with buyers
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to arrange marketing with reputed buyer for smoothly running factory production lines.
∎ Candidate must have the ability to develop new customer.
∎ Must be able to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with new Buyer.
∎ Manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain.
∎ Working with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to customers.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Customers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about fabric, consumptions, product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ To arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for production.
∎ Ability to deal with the Customers independently from inquiry level to shipment of orders.
∎ Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years' experience as a "Manager of Marketing & Merchandising" in any garment/buying house with specific emphasis on woven Garments
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Must have good interpersonal skills to maintain effective and satisfactory working relationships with buyers and staff at all levels.
∎ Must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
∎ Must have advanced computer skills.
∎ Must have strong knowledge about fabric, Garment, washing, printing and embroidery.
Salary: Negotiable
