Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in any discipline (MBA/Post graduate diploma in HR will get preference).

∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR related activities.
∎ Major Job Responsibilities of the position includes:
∎ Organizational Development
∎ Policies Development & implementation
∎ Manpower Planning
∎ Recruitment & Selection
∎ Automated Attendance & Leave Management
∎ Automated Payroll Management
∎ HRIS Management
∎ Performance Management
∎ Management of Disciplinary & Grievance related issues
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on Organizational Development, Policy Development and Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Performance Management.
∎ Prepare job description of employees.
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement, assistance and training programs
∎ Plan and design annual training calendar for employees and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training plan and also Manage training budget.
∎ Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions both for new joiners.
∎ Develop attractive soft skill training. Deploy a wide variety of training methods and develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, make evaluation regularly.
∎ Responsible for tracking and maintaining all kinds of training records.
∎ The applicants must have sound knowledge in the Bangladesh Labor Law and latest amendment made on Labor Law.
∎ Responsible to make and implement Company HR & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.
∎ Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration. Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Responsible for all Human Resource & Administration related activities;
∎ Design HR policies, procedures & updating of Organogram of the organization
∎ Managing & monitoring employee's health, safety, environmental and hygiene issues in the entire factory premises
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, Termination, Dismissal Compensation, Disciplinary Action, etc.
∎ To coordinate the Recruitment Procedures & formalities;
∎ Maintain and control admin issues i.e. Utility services, housekeeping, accommodation, office equipment's, canteen,
∎ safety & security, decoration, program arrangements, staff activities, expatriate management etc. of the company.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Experience in using ERP (SAP/ Oracle/ DreamApps etc.) software for Human Resource Management is highly preferred.
∎ Excellent writing and speaking skills in English and Bangla is a pre-requisite.
