Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CHEMIST, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare & maintain all types of printing (chest printing, table printing, auto printing, digital Printing) colour paste for both sample and bulk production with strict maintenance of print quality.
∎ To select appropriate dyes and chemicals under the guidance of a technical manager.
∎ To provide requisitions for dyes and chemicals to the Textile planning coordinator for bulk production.
∎ To take initiatives to avoid the wastage of print dyes and chemicals.
∎ To maintains proper documentation regarding process, parameters etc.
∎ To maintain the PPE for Worker.
∎ To optimize manpower utilization.
∎ To select processes for the orders, removal extra processes to reduce the cost of production.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, Information Support and Analysis.
∎ To maintain printing machines, equipment, and calibration records properly.
∎ To maintain appropriate colour recipe.
∎ Maintain the Color Quality, Plate Set up and Ratio mark up.
∎ Random check the Rubbing & Wash fastness.
∎ To keep and maintain process schemes and Design history record for various designs running and production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge on Chest Printing, Offset Printing and Fabric Label.
∎ Should have knowledge on printing dyes, chemicals etc.
∎ Should have knowledge on the different printing process.
∎ Should have the capability to calculate and document the colour recipe.
∎ Should have the ability to optimize printing cost.

Salary: Negotiable
