Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow the developments/sampling in such a way so that given garments price and submission date can be achieved.
∎ Ensure the right fabric quality, color, trims and construction detail are followed by factory to achieve the correct samples.
∎ Keep sharp eye on current fashion trend to update own development range for buyer and market expansion on fabric/embellishment/styling/wash/dry/process.
∎ Develop Fabric/ Trims/ Accessories as per customer's quality standard
∎ Lead a team of product developer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced with Knit & Woven products in reputed garments trading house will get the preferences
∎ Have extensive knowledge on sources of fabrics, accessories and current cost
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment
∎ Should have knowledge in different types of dyeing/Printing/ wash/embellishments and styling.
∎ Should have sound technical and analytical knowledge
Salary: Negotiable
