Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 35 years
Experienced in working within fabric merchandising department of reputed garments trading house will be given preferences.
Experienced in working with woven & knit fabric sourcing.
Knowledge on Fabric processing & dying.
Knowledge on payment terms/ LC.
Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali.
Ability to work under pressure and in a goal driven environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Source fabric according to buyer requirements.
Coordinate with Buyer & fabric mills to obtain lab dip approval, bulk fabric approval, wash approval and shade band approval.
Confirm quality test parameters at fabric quality approval stage with buyer.
Trouble shooting in development, pre bulk & post bulk fabric issues.
Establish T&A for all new orders as per required garments delivery date.
Follow up day to day fabric development & bulk production as per agreed T&A.
