Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / MBS (HRM) from any reputed University.
∎ PGDHRM will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop and implement strategic policy and procedure in aspect of HR management including manpower planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, documentation, attendance monitoring, organizing training, talent acquisition, formulation of policies, rules and regulation.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employee recruitment & selection, induction etc. as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment process is followed (To put the right person, in the right place, in the right time, on the right remuneration.)
∎ Knowledge of the HR management System, in particular human Resource Planning, Recruitment & Selection, career planning, performance management system, safety & security, office administration, etc.
∎ To co-ordinate with ISO requirement and ensure inter-department coordination in this regard.
∎ Maintaining liaison with other departments in connection with streamlining HR practices in the workplace.
∎ Planning and managing training and development programs for the employees, as and when required.
∎ Managing the administrative suppliers and service providers.
∎ Co-ordination of official meeting and preparation of meeting minutes and maintaining records.
∎ Internet security software management of organizational team members.
∎ Management of official HR software.
∎ Assist team members at basic level regarding different software related requirements/ issues.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: Above 3 year(s).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR / Compliance / Company Law / Labor Law / Shipping & Logistics etc.
∎ Good knowledge about Labor Law, Company Act and other HR related rules & regulation.
∎ Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
∎ A team player with good leadership skills.
∎ Ability to effectively manage own work and work unsupervised.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Ability to multitask, react quickly to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
∎ Efficient Computer Skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
