Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be a Chinese citizen.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sewing production and technical management
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily production targets are met, leading the sewing production floor, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up the daily production progress, overseeing it, and looking into any issues or gaps between actual production and the set targets within the planned time period.
Acknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager regarding the production plan.
Should have Sound knowledge on all types of sewing machines.
Good knowledge on technical problem-solving ability with required quality standard.
Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
Have to ensure Timely Shipments; constantly guide the teams for ensuring high productivity and quality.
Provide guidance to the production team (Production Executives) on the performance of their duties.
Ensure production process/ outputs adhere to company QA policies & clients QA requirements. Assure machineries maintained/ services as per stipulated standards & guidelines. Monitor, control, and utilization of men, machines and materials for optimum productivity.
Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
Job Other Benifits:
