Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage e-commerce, POS and QR Merchant Acquiring System, Switching Solutions, Merchant Integration;
∎ Provide end-to-end solution to maintenance and support application;
∎ Test updates provided by vendors, patch and deploy in production;
∎ Investigate different issues, analyze root causes and provide solution;
∎ Implement mandates provided by brands such as VISA, Master Card and JCB;
∎ Work in different projects;
∎ Manage and communicate with vendors;
∎ Solve issues through working with all internal/external stakeholders;
∎ Provide different types of data for business analysis;
∎ SQL script-writing to fetch data from database as per requirement of business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in Alternate Delivery Channel field of E-Commerce/POS gateway/ATM Switching application support;
∎ Clear concept of acquiring solution, card management system, switching solutions, transaction life cycle;
∎ Knowledge of ISO message specification and PCIDSS;
∎ VISA, MasterCard, payment brand reconciliation, dispute management and rules regulations;
∎ In-depth knowledge on e-commerce/POS;
∎ Knowledge on QR and NFC technology;
∎ Experience in DB scripting in oracle;
∎ Basic knowledge of programming in C#, PHP, Java;
∎ Understanding of encryption technologies, Core Banking Software;
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written);
∎ Critical thinking, skeptic judgment and proactive decision-making
