∎ At least 10 year(s)

Marketing, Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the Merchandising team.
∎ Establish a buying team that demonstrates independence, integrity, and efficiency.
∎ Create a stable, competitive supplier base and maintain a supplier database with supplier ratings.
∎ Build constructive relationships with yarn and accessories suppliers to ensure price, quality, and delivery.
∎ Preparing and monitoring have to be ensured for on-time delivery.
∎ Ensure that 100% of goods are in the house 7 days prior to production.
∎ Ensure store maintains all documentation on ERP system.
∎ Produce all - Season reports, forecasting, and buying plans.
∎ Measure and monitor the performance of the business on a weekly basis.
∎ Validate local and foreign purchases of yarn and accessories.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be experienced to handle Bestseller buyers.
∎ Superior leadership, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to communicate clearly with key stakeholders-management, workers, buyers- especially when it comes to handling technical comments.
∎ Proficiency in computing operations-Email, Word, Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
