∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ According to work plan and operation status, budget operation costs.
∎ Inventory control, improve company resource utilization.
∎ Research and formulate personnel performance appraisal, reward and punishment and promotion.
∎ Encourage service personnel to strive to complete their service goals and improve the skills and quality of service personnel.
∎ Supervise employees to perform their work effectively according to work standards.
∎ Promote the coordination of work between employees to ensure the achievement of goals.
∎ According to customer needs, design a comprehensive after-sales service system, service processes and various service standards, and guide the actual operators to ensure a good reputation of after-sales service.
∎ Regularly communicate with the agency and related departments, dealer business supervision, the relevant departments of the head office, industry and commerce taxation, consumer associations, etc., maintain healthy and good relations, ensure the effective use of resources and effectively implement the policies.
∎ Task assigned by the general manager.
