Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
∎ Provide product support, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions for customer issues
∎ Process customer orders, complaints, and returns efficiently
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
∎ The candidate will have to be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customers.
∎ Concept/experience in digital marketing, e-commerce etc.
∎ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly
