Should have good knowledge in MS Office.
Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide product support, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions for customer issues
Process customer orders, complaints, and returns efficiently
Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
The candidate will have to be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customers.
Concept/experience in digital marketing, e-commerce etc.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly
