  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines 



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

  • Provide product support, troubleshooting assistance, and solutions for customer issues

  • Process customer orders, complaints, and returns efficiently

  • Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • The candidate will have to be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customers.

  • Concept/experience in digital marketing, e-commerce etc.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly
