Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze customer behavior and satisfaction across the entire customer lifecycle, designing processes to capture and input relevant data.
∎ Identify key areas affecting customer satisfaction and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
∎ Formulate and review policies and processes related to customer experience to ensure organizational efficiency and satisfaction.
∎ Prepare business requirement documents to automate customer experience-related information.
∎ Support planning by providing necessary data on customer modifications and selection timelines in collaboration with CE and PMO.
∎ Track the implementation of modifications and selection-related activities, escalating issues when necessary, and reporting performance to management.
∎ Formulate and review policies and processes related to customer experience to ensure both organizational efficiency and high customer satisfaction.
