Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The job of the call center representative is to provide proper information and help students who are planning and preparing to study abroad.
∎ In order to sell our support and services, candidates must handle incoming and outgoing cell phone calls to our clients who are interested in studying abroad.
∎ Listen customers conversation very carefully and ask questions to understand the customer's requirements appropriately.
∎ Find out customer needs, provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction so students can open files to start the study abroad process.
∎ Follow-up on all calls and provide case by case solutions that appropriately meet student expectations for study abroad as per our guidelines
