Experience in application processing and international student counseling is highly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain detailed records.
Proficient in relevant software applications, especially CRM tools.

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and experienced professionals for the role of Sr. Counselor & Destination Manager (USA, Canada, Malaysia, UK) who will guide students as well as manage relations with international partner institutions.
Job Responsibilities
Sr. Counselor & Destination Manager
Provide expert counseling to students on study options and admission pathways for the USA, Canada, Malaysia, and the UK.
Guide students through the complete application process, including program selection, documentation, and submission.
Advise students on visa requirements, interview preparation, and post-admission procedures for each destination.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.
Build and manage relationships with partner universities, institutions, and stakeholders in assigned countries.
Conduct counseling sessions, workshops, and information seminars for students and parents.
Review students’ academic and financial profiles to provide suitable study-abroad recommendations.
Ensure timely follow-ups with applicants, keeping them informed throughout the admission and visa process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admissions progress.
Support marketing and outreach activities to promote study-abroad programs for the assigned destinations.
Destination & Institutional Relations (USA, Canada, Malaysia, UK)
Act as the key liaison with foreign partner institutions (universities/colleges/institutes/B2B partners) for admissions, application updates, compliance, enrollment, and tuition refund processes (in case of visa refusal).
Maintain updated program information for assigned destinations and resolve any student-related issues with partner institutions.
Coordinate the participation of international institute representatives in educational events, seminars, and fairs (in-house or external).
Assist in developing promotional materials, website content, and social media campaigns related to assigned destinations.
