Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Expertly operate GDS (Amadeus preferred, Galileo / Sabre) efficiently.
Handle air ticket booking, re-issue, refund, and cancellation.
Manage PNR QC to avoid errors, debit memos (ADM), and booking discrepancies.
Monitor and control ticketing time limits (TTL), queues, and schedule changes.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and GDS helpdesk for complex cases.
Support agents/sub-agents with fare construction, routing, and ticketing solutions.
Monitor and reduce ADM/ACM risks through proper fare application and ticketing practices.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain daily sales, refund, and reissue reports for accounts reconciliation.
Provide training/support to junior staff and sub-agents.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and system updates.
