Job Responsibility:
In the case of air ticket booking
Using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) to select the right flight, check the fare, issue tickets and provide all kinds of assistance to the customers as required
In the case of hotel booking
Check the right fare according to the needs of the customers and check the quality of the hotel and make hotel bookings,
In the case of visa processing,
Verify the necessary documents for visas of different countries and prepare the file, submit and follow up at the embassy/visa center
Client Consultation and Support:
Providing correct information and advice to the clients about their travel plans, visa requirements and processes
Visa Issuance and Problem Solving:
Guiding the clients in case of visa rejection, delay or other problems and providing necessary solutions
Communication and Coordination:
Maintaining regular communication and coordination with airlines, embassies and related visa centers
Data Maintenance & Reporting:
Maintaining and updating client files, booking data and processing reports correctly
Work Schedule: 6 days in a week
Employment Status: Full Time
Education Requirement: Bachelor/Honors
Skills required: Clint service, Clint service, /Marketing, Customer support through phone, Telesales
Additional Requirements:
Age 30 to 40 years
