Responsibilities & Context:
Sales, Reservation & Ticketing.
Handle the queries of our valued travel agent partners, passengers (walk in and over phone).
Maintain proper connection and support our foreign travel partners.
Daily work on reissue, refund, travel itinerary customization via GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Develop client relationships.
Ability to handle phone calls, hot line, e-mail.
Acquiring the monthly revenue and profit target generated by the management.
Design complete travel itineraries for clients.
Ability to handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine effective solution.
Be ready to work on shifts as per weekly roaster.
