- The job of the call center representative is to provide proper information and help students who are planning and preparing to study abroad.
Job Responsibilities
- In order to sell our support and services, candidates must handle incoming and outgoing cell phone calls to our clients who are interested in studying abroad.
- Listen carefully to students’ inquiries and ask relevant questions to understand their study abroad requirements. Provide accurate and detailed information about study abroad programs, admission processes, and available services.
- Promote and sell the company’s study abroad support and services to potential clients.
- Assist students in opening files and initiating their study abroad application process.
- Maintain proper call records and update the CRM/database with relevant client information.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly to ensure progress and maintain client engagement.
- Provide personalized solutions to meet each student’s expectations according to company guidelines.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional, positive attitude during all communications. Work closely with the counseling/admissions team to ensure smooth case handling and client satisfaction.
Job Location: Plot-1/A (1st Floor), Road-2/A, Baridhara, Block - J, Dhaka -1212, Bangladesh.
