Responsibilities & Context:
Generate room, banquet, and restaurant sales through corporate and individual clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily activity updates.
Coordinate with Front Office, Reservation, F&B, and Operations teams for smooth service delivery.
Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract agreements professionally.
Promote hotel offers through digital marketing, social media, and direct sales channels.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
Organize promotional events, corporate meetings, and networking activities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
