Responsibilities & Context:
Reservation & Ticketing: Create PNRs (Passenger Name Records), issue tickets, handle re-issuance, voiding, and refunds via GDS systems.
Customer Service: Address client queries regarding flights, schedules, baggage rules, and visa requirements via phone, email, or chat.
Itinerary Planning: Offer best-fare options and flight routes to clients, including scheduling travel itineraries.
Operational Support: Coordinate with airlines for booking discrepancies, update flight availability, and manage corporate/group bookings.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, client documentation, and generate reports for management.
Related Services: Often handle hotel bookings, car rentals, and tour packages in conjunction with airline bookings
