∎ Experience: 1-5 years (Experience in Healthcare is highly preferred)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To remain well-groomed as per company policy.
∎ Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests as per the policy.
∎ To handle patients queries & channelize them to concern departments.
∎ To Maintain handover, Register & keep track on every shift.
∎ To do registration for new patients along with proper registration form to be filled by the Patient-100% Compliances for taking Patient Identification card with self-attested and for the international Patient Visa copy to be collected
∎ To do billing for all new registration/Follow up/ / Investigations / Procedures.
∎ To do the data entry for OPD patients & keep record for TAT (TAT List attached)
∎ To do admission / discharge in system.
∎ To do other administrative work like supervision.
∎ To give purchase order for stationary items to admin dept.
∎ To co-ordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
∎ To Handle Telephonic and Walk-in inquiries.
∎ To behave in a very professional manner and
∎ always acquiring the professional ethics
∎ To Attend Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquettes and maintaining records for them
∎ To Respond the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner
∎ To Handle multiple telephone lines in timely manner and direct the calls to the
∎ concerned person / extension.
∎ To give appointment to patients in the system as per given guideline.
∎ To Greet and assist visitors and Guests
∎ Department / Executive and responding them in case of customer enquiries
∎ To Maintain call register for purpose of tracking calls.
∎ Vacancy- Multiple (Female candidates highly preferred)
