Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the service hotline, handling inbound calls from customers.
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to all customer queries.
∎ Address product-related inquiries following the Query Management Guideline.
∎ Provide accurate and relevant information to assist and guide customers over the phone.
∎ Resolve customer concerns regarding product delivery issues effectively.
∎ Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of delivery-related queries.
∎ Deliver a positive experience by understanding and meeting customer needs.
∎ Build rapport and trust with customers by offering empathetic and solution-driven support.
∎ We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Liaison Officer to manage our service hotline and ensure seamless handling of customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve product- or delivery-related issues, contributing to an exceptional after-sales experience.
